Students and enthusiasts of Karate have many reasons for their interest in this and other martial art styles. Some are drawn to the physical fitness and weight-loss aspects of training. Others seek to add discipline and self control to their lives. While still others are concerned about safety and self-defense.

CHILDREN Ages 6 -12
CHILDREN Ages 6 -12 Discipline, education and respect for others are the goals in this program. All levels and ages work out together at sometime during the class. Then Split into groups by age and rank. Older more experienced young adults help to develop the less experienced students.( Under the direction of an adult instructor) This class is the first step in building confidence ,discipline and fighting skills. Children younger than 7 yrs old are accepted in this group only after a 30 day trial period. (Little Dragon Program)

ADULT CLASSES
ADULT CLASSES This class is for the new and experienced student.(any student of any age with permission may attend this class) Get started in fitness and martial arts training. This class is great for the seasoned martial artist that wants to brush up on the basics. We welcome new students, but request that you make appointment. Our style of Martial Arts is called Matsubayash-ryu Karate-do

KARATE-DO WORKSHOP
Sharpen your Karate (Matsubayashi-Ryu) skills with SENSEI KALANI. Ask questions and get answers. This class may be less formal but rich in tradition and knowledge. Correct your stances and techniques. From kata Fukyugata Ichi to the more advanced Kata. Bring your protective gear if you want to participate in full/controlled contact sparring, grappling & kumite. (Mouth & Groin protection REQUIRED to participate)

TRADITIONAL JU-JITSU
Learn one of the many fighting styles used by the Samurai of Fuedal Japan. Ju-Jitsu is rich in history and highly effective techniques. This class is not for the casual student and will have a high demand on your physical fitness.

YANG TAI CHI
TAI CHI CLASSES Tai chi is a low-impact form of exercise. It is a weight-bearing exercise that can have certain health benefits--for example, to the bones. It is an aerobic exercise. Improve physical condition, muscle strength, coordination, and flexibility. Have better balance and a lower risk for falls, especially in elderly people. Ease pain and stiffness--for example, from arthritis. For health benefits that may be experienced from meditation. Improve sleep and overall wellness.
