BEACH WORK OUT 9/11/10 (10:00 AM - 11:30 AM)
It is coming up on that time of year again boys and girls! The Liberty Karate Club Annual Beach Workout will be held on Saturday September 11, 2010 at the same resort it has been held at for the past few years. It is called the International Palms Resort and Conference Center located on the ocean at 1300 N Atlantic Ave in Cocoa Beach, FL. The workout will be from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM, followed by swimming, hanging out, and fellowship. There is NO CHARGE for the workout. We will wear our gi for the workout. Also bring your bo. Many of you have stayed at the hotel for the weekend of the beach workout. I went on website: www.easyclicktravel.com and was able to reserve a room for $42 a night. For a room at an oceanfront hotel! This is a nice getaway beach weekend for the family, or just come for the workout and to swim and hangout with friends! I am putting this out far in advance so that you can mark your calendar and plan to be there. If you are a sensei from another dojo receiving this invitation, please share it with your students or anyone else who you think might be interested. I will send reminders as it gets closer, but I look forward to seeing you at the beach! Love, Sensei
